Affinity app install guide
Information on installing Affinity software on macOS and Windows
macOS installation and activation instructions (macOS 10.15 Catalina or later)
To install from Finder:
- Navigate to your Downloads folder.
- Locate the downloaded Affinity .dmg file and double-click it.
- On the dialog, drag the app icon to the Applications icon.
To activate your app:
- Launch your Affinity app from your Applications folder.
- Accept the Licence agreement if you’re happy to.
- On app startup, enter your Affinity ID, i.e. your email address used to access the Affinity Store, and then your Password.
Note: if you already have Affinity app(s) installed and any are signed into your Account, you won’t need to enter an Affinity ID and password.
Windows installation and activation instructions [Windows® 10 May 2020 Update (2004, 20H1, build 19041) or later]
To install from Edge/Web Browser:
- From the bottom of your browser page, double-click the downloaded app’s name.
To activate your app:
- Launch your Affinity app from the Start menu.
- Accept the Licence agreement if you’re happy to.
- On app startup, enter your Affinity ID, i.e. your email address used to access the Affinity Store, and your Password.
Note: if you already have Affinity app(s) installed and any app is signed into your Account, you won’t need to enter an Affinity ID and password.
